EXPLAIN THE ISSUE

Emergency drain and sewer service in Canada

Explain which drains are affected and whether water is backing up elsewhere. Tell the plumber about any previous blockages. Keep people and pets away from contaminated water.

What to include in your request

Provide your city and province or state, describe what is affected, and explain whether the problem is getting worse. Include access constraints or building-manager arrangements that could affect the visit.

How the plumber responds

A participating plumber reviews the issue and submits an estimate and an arrival indication. You can review their published rates and completed-job ratings before accepting.

When availability is limited

Coverage depends on participating providers. If nobody can respond, the request stays unconfirmed and you can contact another local service.
